Welcome to the Sizewell C Accommodation Management System
The AMS has been created to match Sizewell C workers with providers of local accommodation. We welcome all types of accommodation such as spare rooms, HMOs, private rentals, holiday cottages, B+Bs, caravan and holiday parks, and hotels – as long as the accommodation is of a good standard and safe.

Construction of the project will last up to 12 years and at the peak of construction we expect 7,900 workers on site with approximately a third from the local area and the remainder staying in the project caravan park, accommodation campus (2,400 rooms) when built and in local accommodation.

Our Latest Rental Needs
The AMS’s 1-year anniversary is fast approaching and we can’t thank you enough for the amazing number of properties that have been advertised with us. Our workforce is ever-growing and with that comes new and diverse partners joining the project.
We are seeking monthly or long-term rentals priced at £60 per night or less for new project workers who will be arriving from Feb/Mar 2025. These could be spare rooms, sharing, small flats, B&Bs or hotels.
