User Registration
To access the services you are required to register to create an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Accommodation Providers (Advertisers)
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information as part of these services, we simply provide a platform to place such advertisements which is managed by the Landlord and/or representative of the Landlord. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove, or request an amendment, if the provided information for advertisement does not meet our compliance criteria.
Accommodation Seekers
We ensure listed advertisements meet our compliance criteria, however suitability of accommodation, lease agreements, associated warranties, fitness for use are to be determined by the seeker directly with the Landlord and/or the representative of the Landlord.
Privacy Policy
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy - Sizewell C. By using the services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, please be advised the services is hosted in the United Kingdom. If you access the services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United Kingdom, then through your continued use of the services, you are transferring data to the United Kingdom, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom.

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied to Sizewell C Ltd. Accommodation seekers are responsible for ensuring that the accommodation meets the needs of the individual(s), and directly liaising with the Landlord and/or representative of the Landlord regarding any aspect of the advertisement or accommodation in question.
Sizewell C Ltd hosts the advertising platform in conjunction with our Development Consent Order (DCO) commitment, to ensure and support that associated workers can find suitable local accommodation.
Sizewell C Ltd takes no responsibility for content or information accessed when visiting third-party links from the Accommodation Management System (AMS).
